Full Paper Submission
GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Submission Process
- Full papers must be submitted online via the submission form.
- Submissions via post, fax, or email will not be accepted.
- To submit your paper, click the “Submit Your Full Paper Today” link at the bottom of the conference webpage.
Full Paper Requirements
The submission will require the following details:
- Conference theme (select appropriate theme)
- Personal details of the corresponding author
- Personal details of co-author(s) (if applicable)
- Once submitted, changes, corrections, or rewording are no longer possible.
- Accepted papers can be presented in oral sessions.
- Presenters must submit their PowerPoint presentation one week before the conference.
Submission Deadline
- The deadline for full paper submission is June 30, 2025.
- Notification of Acceptance will be sent by August 15, 2025.
Publication in Peer-Reviewed Journals
- All accepted full papers are eligible for publication in peer-reviewed partner journals at no cost (click here for journals).
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
1. Submission and Confirmation
- Submissions must be made online.
- After submission, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email.
- If the confirmation email is not received within one week of submission, please contact the GRIT Conference team at gritcenter.conference@gmail.com.
2. Length and Formatting
- Maximum length: 25 pages.
- Word count: Must be under 7,000 words.
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12.
- Line Spacing: 1.
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
- Title: Maximum of 20 words, in Times New Roman, Size 20.
3. Manuscript Structure
- Title Page: Includes the title, author names, affiliations, and contact details.
- Abstract: Should include the purpose, methodology, results, and implications of the study (max 300 words).
- Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords related to the paper’s theme.
- Body of the Paper: The paper should be divided into the following sections:
- Introduction: Background, literature review, and significance of the study.
- Materials and Methods: Study site, sample size, and statistical methods used.
- Results: Findings with tables and figures.
- Discussion: Interpretation of results with citations.
- Conclusion: Summary of findings and their implications.
- Acknowledgements: (Optional) Recognition of people or organizations who contributed.
- Conflict of Interest: Declaration of any financial or personal conflicts.
- Funding Information: Names of funding organizations or state “No funding received.”
- References: Minimum 20 citations. Must follow American Psychological Association (APA, 7th edition) style.

- Figures and Tables
- All tables and figures must have captions (titles).
- Tables and figures should be embedded within the manuscript body where appropriate.
- The journal reserves the right to crop, rotate, reduce, or enlarge photographs and figures for formatting purposes.
- Permissions
- If including previously published figures, tables, or text, permission from the copyright owner(s) must be obtained for both print and online formats.
- Evidence of permission should be included when submitting the paper.
