Abstract Submission
We invite researchers, academicians, and professionals to submit their abstracts for the GRIT 2025 Conference. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and accepted abstracts can be orally presented at the conference. Only full papers of accepted abstracts will be considered for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
1. Submission Process
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the designated portal.
- Submissions via post, fax, or email will not be accepted.
- Clicking the “Submit Your Abstract Today” link at the bottom of this page will open the online submission form.
2. Important Dates
- Abstract Submission Deadline: June 5, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: June 15, 2025
- PowerPoint Submission for Oral Presentations: One week prior to the conference
3. Abstract Requirements
- The abstract text should be a maximum of 300 words.
- The submission will have the following details:
- Conference themes (click for themes and underlined topics)
- Personal details of the corresponding author
- Personal details of co-author(s) (if any)
- Once the abstract is submitted, changes, corrections, or rewording will not be possible.
4. Presentation Format
- Accepted abstracts can presented in oral sessions.
- Presenters must submit their PowerPoint presentations one week before the conference.
5. Notification of Acceptance
- After submission, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email.
- If the confirmation is not received within one week of submission, authors should contact the GRIT Conference team at gritcenter.conference@gmail.com.
- Acceptance notifications will be sent via email by June 15, 2025.
